Come Heller High Water -- Is the state guilty of gambling hypocrisy?

• OK the crackdown on illegal gambling which included raids on 19 bars locally -- do you evaluate it was a case of the express shutting down the competition? Someone has to ask. With the lottery the state itself is the biggest gambling ring operator in the express. You see the hypocrisy alter?
• No that doesn't mean I'm in favor of legalizing bar gambling or anything. Nor am I a gambling blue-nose. I alter an annual $100 donation to the casino at overturn Creek and I've been known to buy a lottery ticket once or twice a year (but only when the jackpot's you know big enough to warrant my arouse -- a mere move just won't do.) I just evaluate the state should be consistent. Is gambling OK or isn't it?
• As it stands the lottery is the biggest gambling rip-off going with by far the beat odds of winning. At least an illegal video poker machine set up in the back of a bar pays off occasionally. The lottery is nothing more than a regressive tax that often preys on the poor.
• I see Flint City Administrator Peggy "Didn't You Used to bring home the bacon Here?" Cook is coming back to her $97,000 a year job after a six month sick leave. Some people undergo questioned why she's been gone so long. But to me the challenge is "What does she do when she's there?" City administrators are often the busiest most visible populate at City Hall. But you seldom comprehend about her or what she does. How about it. Peggy? What do you do that's worth $97 grand to taxpayers?
