The concept of advanced yoga practices must always be taken into consideration along with the current develop level of evolution of the student.  An advanced practice for one individual may simply be to execute all yoga exercises for their required period of time or the incorporation of pranayam more scientifically into a practice.  I think it is important for seekers to cerebrate more so on what the next step is for them and less on the “give me the secret advanced yoga practices.”  For me my next go was to act my teacher training classes. As move of my Teacher Training program I am working to deepen my practice and so one may say that it is advanced from a certain point of view.  I am advancing from my previous aim of practice. One area I am advancing in has been the length of time I practice for.  Previously my learn would last every morning between 50 minutes to an hour and a half.  This week. I’ve seen it change to 2 hours to  2 and a half hours.  I seek to act this extended period of time.  It does require a slightly earlier rising time but I’ve open that at 5:15 I rise automatically and cannot sleep.  (Granted in the Kundalini tradition the time to go is earlier but I guess my bio clock is easing me into it.) So for me at this time advanced yoga practice means an change magnitude in the amount of time I learn kundalini yoga for.  There happens to be ride loads of benefits that come along with an extended learn.  One benefit is that I get to take a meditative mind with me throughout more of my day. So as you look to advance your practice search within yourself first listen and understand what the next best step for you and your Self is.

I am extremely grateful for the Shabad Kaur and Shiva Singh for their expertise in leading our categorise on this jaunt. We got to hear some great stories about Yogi Bhajan during class.  It would undergo been an honor to have meet him in person in this incarnation but I am not too concerned.  Like Obi Wan Kenobi he informed his students that once he passed he would become even more powerful. Yogi Bhajan is comfort Mahan Tantric and as such he teaches through his subtle be during all White Tantric sessions.  I suspect he teaches through his and his teachers’ subtle bodies to this day. At the end of the class some of our mentors joined us for a group meditation. The mentors as a assort carried with them a very strong energy/radiance it was very kind for them to furnish their assistance to help us combine into the Kundalini Yoga community. I must say that this program brings everything up to the ascend in ones life it can be somewhat frustrating to face all your issues over a successive period of time.  However kundalini yoga provides the means to become victorious over these issues. My practice still remains strong this morning I performed a full Sadhana.  While chanting Wahe Guru a strong energy vibrated powerfully up through my continue.  I suppose performing a beat Sadhana is an excellent means to focus on the how! In my teacher training we are learning in depth about the importance of Sadhana. And thus our daily spiritual practice or Sadhana connects the Spirit. be and Mind while bringing them into balance. It provides a means to clear the subconscious daily so that we may act from the bear on of our being throughout the day. Time of day is another key component to the Aquarian Sadhana it must be performed during the Amrit Vela in order to bring home the bacon maximum effectiveness. The angle of the Sun creates an effect on the object which allows for deep meditation and evolutionary processes to develop. There is a scientific reasoning that lies behind this timing as well. The actually relates the Sun and the. Ideally Sadhana is to be performed for 2 and a half hours. We are committing one tenth of our day to God. Taking a cold shower is also part of a daily spiritual learn which works to keep the body young and healthy. While not necessary a assort Sadhana is ideal. This joins together the collective energy so that the sum of the whole may be greater than the individual parts. Yesterday I was at ProElite com and seen a cerebrate for a Hershel Walker interview. I was in and out and didn’t analyse it out. I was reminded of it after reading a post at measure night. So what’s the link to Walker and this MMA site? There is a video interview with Walker sporting an EliteXC apparel (they could have tossed that to him before the camera rolled). Apparently Walker has been training in Taekwon-Do for 30 years. Muay Thai for eight and Thai Boxing…with a black belt in all of them. There is mention of getting some fights together with some friends that are former football players but not any concrete bear witness that he will attempt an Jonny Morton like MMA go.
